AS3 Custom Mouse Cursor

 

  1. First, create the graphic of your custom cursor and convert it to a movieclip.
  2. Right click your movieclip in the Library and go to "Linkage"
  3. Put a checkmark in the "Export for ActionScript" box.
  4. In the "Class:" field above, type in "Cursor"
  5. Click OK to exit.
  6. Now, on your Actions layer in your main timeline, enter the following code:
